Share a snapshot of your journey with Baby Bunting so far.
My journey with Baby Bunting started eight years ago as a casual Picker and Packer in the Distribution Centre, where I gained a strong understanding of the business and the important role our supply chain plays in supporting customers and stores. I later moved into the Store Support Office as an Office Administration Coordinator, building my administrative and stakeholder management skills while completing a Certificate IV in Human Resource Management. With the support and encouragement of my manager, I was able to continue developing my skills and pursue a career in People & Culture.
Today, as a People & Culture Coordinator, I support our people and leaders throughout their employee journey. Looking back, I’m proud of how my career has grown and grateful for the opportunities Baby Bunting has provided to learn, develop and progress within the business.

How has your role supported your professional or personal growth?
Working across different areas of Baby Bunting has played a big part in both my professional and personal growth. Each role has challenged me to learn new skills, build confidence and expand my understanding of the business. From the Distribution Centre to the Store Support Office and now People & Culture, I’ve developed strong communication skills, adaptability and a deeper appreciation for the contribution every team makes. Baby Bunting has given me opportunities to keep learning, take on new challenges and continue growing my career.

Tell us about a time you felt especially proud of your contribution.
