International Women’s Day 2026: Celebrating “Give To Gain”

17 March 2026

Across our store network, Store Support Offices and Distribution Centre in Australia and New Zealand, we proudly celebrated International Women’s Day 2026 under this year’s theme: “Give To Gain” — a reminder that when we champion others, we strengthen our whole community.

Throughout the week, our teams came together to recognise the women who shape our business, share their stories, and highlight the pathways, leadership and connections made possible when we lift one another up.

We have highlighted incredible women from across our teams, sharing their stories through written and video profiles. These stories showcased leadership, growth and representation from across our network — reflecting our commitment to celebrating the diversity of experiences across our business.

On Wednesday 4 March, team members tuned in live to our International Women’s Day Panel, hosted at our Store Support Centre. The discussion explored leadership, career journeys and the theme “Give To Gain”, featuring Baby Bunting Board Member, Debra Singh, General Manager of Merchandise, Hannah Styles, and Founder of Grumpy Bums, Jo Leontiades. Their insights encouraged teams to support one another, embrace opportunities and continue building an environment where women can thrive.

To help teams recognise IWD locally, every store hosted a morning tea event, and photos and messages from across our AU and NZ network showed teams celebrating in their own way — sharing stories, conversations and moments of connection.

International Women’s Day is a moment to celebrate, but also a reminder of our ongoing responsibility to create a workplace where every woman is represented, supported and empowered to grow. Thank you to every team member who participated in this year’s campaign — by sharing your stories, attending events, celebrating with your teams, or championing others in your everyday work.

Happy International Women’s Day 2026.
Together, we “Give To Gain”.
