Baby Bunting raises over $180,000 for PANDA

Baby Bunting is so proud – that together with our customers – we raised an outstanding $180,712, with funds going to support the mental health and wellbeing of expecting and new parents across Australia.

The result reflects the generosity of Baby Bunting customers and the wonderful work our store teams do to support amazing campaigns and causes like PANDA.
Running from 20 April to 31 May, the six-week campaign saw 100% of proceeds from in-store and online fundraising initiatives donated directly to PANDA.

Baby Bunting has been a partner with PANDA for seven years, and we are so proud of the work they do, and the support they provide.

Perinatal anxiety and depression affects more than 100,000 families across Australia each year. PANDA provides critical support through its national helpline, educational resources and community programs, ensuring that parents know help is available and how to access it when they need it most.

Funds raised through this year’s campaign will help:

  • Deliver community education through volunteers attending events and new parent groups

  • Expand support for families facing barriers to care, including remote, First Nations, LGBTQIA+, young parents and dads

  • Provide printed resources to health services across Australia

  • Raise awareness and encourage early help-seeking

Julie Borninkhof, PANDA CEO, said; “This kind of support doesn’t just show up in a number - it shows up in real moments for families who need it. We’re incredibly thankful to Baby Bunting for backing us in such a meaningful way.”

Baby Bunting remains committed to partnering with PANDA to build awareness, reduce stigma and ensure that no parent feels alone when facing perinatal mental health challenges.

Together, we are helping create a future where perinatal mental health is better understood, supported and prioritised - so families across Australia can thrive.

Thank you to everyone who donated, every contribution - big or small - has helped strengthen PANDA’s ability to support families during one of life’s most critical periods.
