Baby Bunting becomes the first Baby Retailer to partner with Uber Eats

Baby Bunting, Australia’s largest speciality retailer of baby goods, has partnered with Uber Eats to provide families with faster, more convenient access to baby essentials, becoming the first specialist baby retailer on the platform in Australia. Customers will be able to shop everything from feeding and nursery essentials to travel and safety products through the Uber Eats app, with delivery expected in under one hour.

The partnership will see Baby Bunting’s range available through the Uber Eats app across its national store network of 77 stores, with customers able to shop at the same prices as in-store, including specials. This makes it easier for parents and carers to access products during those ‘need now’ moments in the day.

Baby Bunting CEO Mark Teperson said "Parents are constantly balancing competing priorities and sometimes need access to an essential product faster than traditional delivery options can provide. Being able to support parents in those moments of need is incredibly important to us.

“Whether it's replacing feeding essentials, preparing for an unexpected routine, or purchasing a last-minute item, families need convenient solutions that fit around their lives. Our partnership with Uber Eats gives our customers another way to shop with Baby Bunting - providing fast, reliable access to the trusted products we're known for."

The launch further strengthens Baby Bunting's omnichannel offering, complementing its existing store network and digital channels while meeting growing customer demand for flexible shopping experiences.

Customers will also continue to benefit from Baby Bunting's competitive pricing, with products and specials available on Uber Eats at the same price as in-store.

Managing Director of Uber Eats Australia and New Zealand, Lucas Groeneveld said: “As a dad of two young children, I know how quickly you can realise you're missing something you need for your little one, and how much of a difference it makes when you can get it sorted quickly.

“That's what makes this partnership with Baby Bunting so exciting. We're bringing a huge range of trusted baby products onto Uber Eats, giving parents another way to get what they need, delivered to their door in under 60 minutes. It's another example of how we're making Uber Eats useful for more moments in Australians' everyday lives.”

The partnership follows a successful pilot and is now available across Baby Bunting's national store network.
